to pass through the fire

Victims of rape ask,"Where was GOD when they were attacked?"  The LORD JESUS who was GOD in flesh asked while He was dying on the cross, "My GOD, My GOD, Why hast thou forsaken me?" No doubt, GOD must ask, "Why am I so often blamed for the evil men do to each other?"  John D. Matthews, II.

NEW PREFACE TO THIS PAGE.       Of late, I have felt a burden in my heart, a burden so heavy that I now feel moved to address it without any further delay. Too many people in this world are absolutely clueless of GOD's desire for "REVENGE" and His plans to exact that "REVENGE" upon those that molest and torture little children. Sometimes, a wealth of information can be discovered in a few verses of scripture. Such is the case in the book of Matthew, chapter 18, verses 6 through 10. The LORD JESUS CHRIST is often seen as the harmless Lamb of GOD. However, in the 18th chapter of Matthew, we get a glimpse of the "Judge of the Quick and the Dead," showing in these verses, absolute mercilessness towards those who have destroyed children's faith in GOD, by continuously abusing them to the point that they began to believe that there is no GOD, or that He doesn't care about their abusers relentless attacks upon them. In the hallowed verses, we not only see CHRIST'S GREAT LOVE for little children, but His words reveal that when He repays the offenders, the tables will be turned, in that the offenders will now face a most horrible torture which is certain and without any help or possible rescue. As the offender slowly drove away all hope and faith in CHRIST JESUS from the child's mind, hope for any rescue from the demoniac offenses, they (the offender) will face "THE WRATH OF GOD."  Of all the false gods that humans worship, only ONE knows what it feels like to be completely innocent and pure, and to have that innocent body ripped and torn to the point of being unrecognizable  as human.  So then,  as our LORD also suffered unspeakable violence at the hands of evil mankind, you must know this for sure, that there is a special sorrow and loving compassion in the heart of our LORD JESUS CHRIST for the little children of this world who suffer at the hands of the offenders of this world. You must know this.  Have you noticed that our LORD JESUS CHRIST intentionally keeps secret what the exact recompense for these terrible offenses will be ?  By being masterfully vague, our LORD thus leaves the offender to wonder, "What could possibly be any worse than having a millstone tied around the neck and then being drowned in the depth of the sea? GOD only knows. However, it is the determinate will of the LORD JESUS CHRIST that the offenders of little children of this world will most assuredly know also.   Added 10/21/2015.   Now to the main topic.                                        In the book of Jeremiah, a startling passage of scripture reveals the atrocities committed against little children, committed by parents that were serving a dead god named Mo'lech. In Jeremiah 32:35 it reads; And they built the high places of Ba'al, which are in the valley of the son of Hin'nom, to cause their sons and daughters to pass through the fire unto Mo'lech; which I commanded them not, neither came into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin. The usual description given of this idol is that of a hollow image made of brass, and having a human body with the head of an ox. The idol sat on a brazen throne with hands extended. In sacrificing to it the image was heated to redness by a fire built within. The parents then placed their children in the heated arms, while the noise of drums and cymbals drowned the cries of the little sufferers. It is also said that there were seven chapels connected with the idol, which were entered according to the relative value of the offering; only those who offered children being allowed to enter the seventh. Miniatures of these are supposed to be the "tabernacle" referred to in Amos 5:26, and Acts 7:43. In the days of Ezekiel, God's testimony was, "Thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them." This scripture is found in Ezekiel 16:21. This information can be found on page 92 in the book titled, Manners & Customs of the Bible by James M. Freeman, Whitaker House. If you are wondering what this has to do with pornography addiction let me explain. Today, children all over the world are "passed through the fire" of sexual abuse at the hands of parents, relatives, friends of the family, and sometimes strangers and let us not forget the untold number of the Lord's heritage (children) that were aborted. Children are mentioned as the heritage of the Lord in a revelatory verse found in Psalm 127:3. It reads, Lo children are a heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. The connection between the increase in accesibility to pornography and the sharp rise in child rape by sexual predators is undeniable. Type the following into your search engine; From Fantasy to Reality: The Link Between Viewing Child Pornography and Molesting Children, by Candice Kim, Staff Attorney for the American Prosecutors Research Institute. Be warned, the information is not for the faint of heart, but it is time for this plague to be uncovered. Also, you can find very helpful information on the war against pornography at www.PornHarms.com.  The new website address is, www.EndSexualExploitation.org.  Recently, news programs have shown people being arrested for attempting to meet with under aged childen that were contacted over the internet. Thank God for bold reporters, and cunning law enforcement officers! This increase in the sexual abuse of children is mind boggling, and though the afore mentioned verses are nearly 2,700 years old, the enemy of our souls, (satan), is still out to destroy young lives. The Lord Jesus Christ spoke about the enemy of mankind's soul in John 10:10; The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for offering Himself up for us all one day, surely the only begotten Son of God ( the express image of God ) offered Himself for everyone. Whether a person is the victim or the violator it is important to know that the Lord Jesus Christ is well aquainted with grief and sorrow, and He is more familiar than any one that ever lived with being innocent and pure yet suffering at the hands of irrationally violent men. If the statistics reported by some informational bureaus are correct,  1 out of every 4 females has suffered some kind of sexual abuse. This is insane! Then it is most probable that someone reading these words has been an abuser at some time. You can be helped, but you must first REPENT of your sins! Repent means STOP! TURN AWAY! Two wrongs don't make a right. Harming other innocent and defenseless people out of spite simply because you were abused is absolutely inexcusable. Christ Jesus does not arrive in our lives to drag up horrid memories, but to take away the pain that has been inflicted upon us by unreasonable tormentors. Of late, many so called preachers have put so much emphasis on "the cross", "the cross", "the cross", but what I would like to emphasize to the wounded broken hearted souls reading this is that Jesus is " the Resurrection ", and He is able to make all things new as it is written in Revelations 21:5. Now there are some that will ask why I made that point. Because of what is recorded in 1 Corinthians, the 15th chapter, verses 13 and 14 where it reads; But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: Verse 14, and if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Friend, please take time to read verses 15 through 22. I am not belittling what our Saviour did on the cross, rather I want to make you all aware that because He arose from the grave, and went from death unto life that we too can be brought out of the darkness and destruction of the mind, body and soul ( that so pervades our society ) into His marvelous Light and Life eternal. It is important to know that there is Peace in the Lord Jesus Christ that passes all understanding, and that peace is real, not imagined, but real ! The cleansing power of the new birth and the restoration made available to us through the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus is for all who want God's best. Be encouraged friend, God is not a man that He should lie, and He is able to do far exceedingly above what we expect. I beg those of you that have been victimized, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you Hold on !  Be tougher than the evil abusers. Some of them remain filthy, but you can have your life again and you can remain free from guilt, and any way, why should you feel guilt when you did nothing wrong?  Stop punishing yourself and loathing yourself because of what some evil person did against your person. Friend, here is wise counsel from the scriptures, in Psalm 127:2, it reads, It is vain (useless) for you to rise up early, and sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: Have you ever tried eating when you're depressed, worried, and stressed? The sorrow seems to interfere with your taste. In ancient times it was called the bread of sorrows, but the Lord has given the solution. The last sentence of the verse reads, for so he giveth his beloved sleep. The Lord of heaven does not want you to live in a constant state of sorrow, but rather REST IN HIS PEACE and LOVE! Get some sleep! Let the Lord do for you what He did for the ancient ones. No sleeping pills, just sincere urgent prayer, in FAITH! Let God do the rest. One must recognize that the people of ancient times did not have sleeping aids, they did not have the internet, they didn't have T.V. preachers doing fund raisers while promising broken hearted people that they"d receive blessings, if of couse they would just send in money ASAP! What the ancient people had was a Fear of God and they understood, as I have learned, that He will exact vengence upon the abusers, in His own way and time, and they had Faith that the Lord was able to bring Peace to the troubled mind. I am so glad that the Lord gives His greatest miracles and blessings ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE! Could you imagine what life would be like if Christ Jesus demanded payment for the things He has done and will do for us in the future? How much would the Lord Jesus Christ charge for what He did on Calvary? How much would He charge for the outpouring of His Spirit on the day of Pentecost? We could never afford one drop of His blood, let alone His Spirit. Elder Robert Wade, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a man who the Lord brought back from a vegetative state after a near fatal industrial accident once stated, "Jesus has given us His all, we must give Him our all". If you are an abuser or feel tempted to become one, you must know that you will reap what you sow. The judgement that God will bring down on your head will surpass all the cruelty you've ever perpetrated against the innocents, and He could care less if you don't believe in Him! Neither did Pharoah. In defiance against God, he held God's people captive, but as he learned, so also will you know before you die, that God is real! Yes, it is an absolute truth, that God is real, and it is also true that He is a rewarder to them that diligently seek Him. If you have been sexually abused do not give the wicked one (satan) the twisted pleasure that he seeks from knowing that the victims have taken their own life as a result of depression. Bring the ashes of your life to God and let Him make your life BEAUTIFUL! It is in the resurrective power of Jesus Christ to restore and renew that which has been destroyed. I know people who have acknowledged suffering unimaginable abuse, but now, thanks be to God they live more joyful lives than those of us who have never been abused. I can truly say that I have eyewitnessed the fulfilling of the ancient prophecy in the lives and souls and hearts and minds of real people. The prophecy that I am referring to is found in Isaiah 61:2,3. To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; Verse 3: to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called Trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.  If you are a predator or a potential predator, your anonimity or your secret is no secret to God, nor is the pain and torment you've caused His children, and He will require their blood at your hands, or in simpler terms, the scripture reads; Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. This is found in Romans 12:19.  It is amazing to me that there is only one sin that God will not forgive, and the Lord Jesus Christ called it the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost.  Repent from your evil, or die a fool. Know this, that your secrecy cannot protect you from the wrath of God. Our Lord warns the secret sinners, and simultaneously comforts the oppressed with His words found in Matthew 10:26,27,and 28. 26, Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 27, What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. 28, And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.  Yet, the mercy of God is unfathomable, and many are unaware that God does not take pleasure in the death of any man. In Ezekiel 18:23, it reads, Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return (repent) from his ways, and live. Howbeit, no one, including myself has the right or the might to counsel God as to who He can forgive. God does not receive counsel from any mortal. In 1 Corinthians 2:16, it reads, For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (end of verse).  We all need the mercy of God.  The Lord expressed His mercy to us all when He (the Just One) died for the unjust, or as apostle Peter wrote in 1 Peter 3:18, For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust,. Christ is our sufficiency. As one great Apostolic statesman, the late Bishop Elfreddie Lee, Sr.  said, "He was the sin offering and the sin offerer."  You see friend, Christ Jesus is not only the Lamb slain for sinners, but He is also our High Priest!
